Annual Conference

The church hosts an annual missions conference, usually in October, to which several of the missionaries supported by the church are invited on a rotating basis. The missionaries are brought to Plantation and hosted for about a week. While here, they participate in the conference events, which usually include:

• Saturday 10-12: Presentation of their ministry and prayer update for all missions supported by the church. Brunch served.



• Sunday, 8:30 and 11 AM: Worship services with guest missionary preaching.



• Sunday, 10 AM: Adult Sunday School: Question and answer session with visiting missionaries.



• Sunday, 6 PM: Separate presentations for adults and teens by visiting missionaries. Dinner served.

While in the Plantation area, the church family has opportunities to host the missionaries for both housing and meals during the days before and after the conference.
